  They would not cash my check in robertsdale. My customer, a construction company, gave me the check minutes before, I endorsed the check as I always do, they would not cash my check even though I was in the system, the man behind the counter basically said I was guilty of taking a pic on a mobile app to cash it then bring it in to cash again. I will never use them again because he was rude And likes to assume you’re doing something wrong just because you endorse your check like you’re supposed to

  Jason, I'm sorry we were not able to cash the check you brought in on Dec. 22nd. You brought us a check that was already endorsed on the back and from a company we could not find any information on to verify. Both Banks and Check Cashers are now turning down previously signed checks because of customer's "photo depositing" checks and then trying to physically deposit the same check. Yes, that's fraud, but it's happening out there in the real world. You have been a good customer in the past, so our guy tried to find information on the maker of your check to try and cash it for you anyway. He was not able to find enough information on the internet to get a phone number and verify. Our guy is a new employee and, perhaps, with more time and experience, he would have been able to find a number and verify your check. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future!

  Couldn't ask for better service than Island Cash. I will go back time after time. They make the process so simply and quick. And they speak English.
