It's been wonderful and easy working with Isuzu Finance Team for over 10 years. When questions or concerns come up the team is always there to help. Through Covid the team has made been there to make everything seamless. You would not know Covid affected them in anyway.

Isuzu Finance is a pack of crooks. They apply 10% late surcharge on payments they deem as late. However, my electronic Bill Pay service documents that the payments have been made on time. It's the old story of the "lockbox" retrieval date - total fraud. I do not recommend dealing with Isuzu Finance.

I sell Isuzu trucks for Ballard Trucks in Worcester, Ma. Having the partnership of Isuzu Finance (IFAI) with Isuzu Corp. (ICTA), makes the process a whole lot easier. There's a variety of programs and options for loans, leasing etc. which in turn allows me to provide to my customers the best option for them. The approval process is quick, allowing me to contact my customers asap of the credit decision, no one wants to wait too long. This is because they have already been briefed on the Isuzu chassis models, so there's no back and forth questions about what the customer is buying. All in all we're happy to have them as the primary source for our Isuzu truck financing needs, besides, Mike Varous is our Mgr. for them, after every approval I receive an email from him letting me know if we need any help he's there.
