      Matt has almost no experience doing financial planning or managing investments. I made the mistake of working with him and trusting him. Be very careful. He says one thing and does another, and then he stop responding. He is a nice person, just not someone you can trust with planning or investments.

We're not sure why you felt the need to leave a bad review and a false description of events, and since we don't know who you are, we can't reach out to you to try to address the situation. If you have a legitimate complaint, please call us so we can work things out. We'd note that as fiduciaries, we are required by law to act in your best interest, which means we always do what we say, full stop. It's worth noting that competitors that might feel threatened are often behind fake negative business reviews. That would not be a surprise given that IWM is going against the grain of the traditional financial advisory industry, offering $0 account minimums and low fees that start at less than 1% and fall to 0.50% over time. That one low-fee covers both investment management and financial planning services, which usually costs an arm and a leg at most traditional financial advisory firms. Whatever the motivation is behind your comment, we'd appreciate it if you'd delete this fake review.
