      I absolutely love banking with ibmsecu. I have been banking with ibmse for awhile now and i have never had any issues with my accounts, bank experience, or transactions. Not to mention the friendly customer service has been the best. Knowing that i can call or coming in and speak to my favorite bankers— Ambriana and Calvin, i know i will be taken care of. I would recommend IBMSEC to anyone 😊!

      This credit union was awesome when it was IBM Southeast Employees Credit Union. Since it became “ithink” it went downhill. Communication got worse, turn-around time for loan qualifications are ridiculous, the online platform feels ancient to use, and the rates are only decent if you want to finance something for 36mo or less. I have excellent credit, and 1 day I sat at Ithink location for over 2 hours waiting to get pre-qualified for a vehicle only to be offered a rate higher than the dealership… All they could talk about the entire time was getting my family members to join.

      This bank will close your account WITH money in it, and send you notice that you should receive a check within 10 days. MONTHS LATER, you will still get the run around. I would NEVER recommend this bank location to anyone.
