      Raynah absolutely saved the day for me. My wallet was stolen over the weekend, and I was trying to replace cards and IDs. Raynah found my information on file, got the card replaced in five minutes, and thought ahead that I might need additional cash on hand until the card was activated. I had gone to two previous IUCU branches which were less than helpful (one made absolutely no attempt to be helpful). This particular branch is going to be my "go to" branch here in Indianapolis. I received world-class customer service today.

      Generally I'm a big fan of IU Credit Union, but today, I visited using the drive-thru. Even though the teller was polite and curious; she failed to made sure the tube had forms for their members and my money wasn't sent out in an envelope within the tube. Not a big deal, and I understand if they are busy. But for some that don't bring masks don't want to venture inside the branch. Thank you.

      The best branch, we went to Bloomington to wire some money, they gave us a hard time and decided not to do it. We came to Greenwood branch it took some time but they have the patience and the best interest of the customers. We appreciate so much, you are just great thank you Hannah and the whole stuff.
