The people that work at ISB are always friendly and helpful. I like that they don't try to add on a bunch of fees for every little thing, like some banks do. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

For many of us, one thing that has gotten lost is the true meaning of "customer is always a priority." NOT HERE! Here, I am always greeted immediately and it feels like an episode of CHEERS when they all yell NORM! "Everyone knows your name!" When issues arise, the girls all know I am anxious until the problem is solved and they step up and do EVERYTHING in their power to help resolve it quickly. The keep me in communication every step of the way and know that it will help ease the anxiety. They treat you with respect and ensure that you know you are important to them. You are not a #, you are a person and I love knowing my finances are safe & CONFIDENTIAL! Hands down a lifetime customer.
