  I was having an issue trying to download our estatement for our business account. I called the customer service number for assistance. Amy was very helpful in creating the documents for me so I was able to print them. We have banked with Ixonia Bank for many years and will continue. It's a very friendly place to do banking. Thank you!

  Fraud Detection is On Crack. They constantly flag my purchases as suspicious activity and put my debit card on hold. It has happened at least 10 times and I am going to have a brain aneurism the next time I swear. Time to move to a bank that has better fraud detection software.
