      J Chester & Associates are top notch. I am the office manager (Rhonda) here at Daryl Howard Master Electrician and through thick and thin they are always there for us when we need help, and don't know we would have faired keeping up with all the Covid information. The emails we got from J Chester's made a lot of it make more sense. I cant recommend them enough.

      I called wanting to book an appointment for tax services. The receptionist had me provide my email- I gave it to her letter by letter “a like apple, c like charlie” etc. She said there was a $250 fee for a consultation (just a consultation not a filing fee) and we’d get an email. The email never came and when I called back and told her I never received an email, she abruptly replied she sent it. I told her it wasn’t in a junk folder and I never received it. I asked her to spell the email she sent it to and she spelt it incorrectly. She was very slow/ The elevator doesn’t go all the way up. You need to be literate and have some level of common sense to do the job. The attitude made it that much worse. Then I was contacted by Margaret, the CPA. Initially she wasn’t providing any information I needed for the consultation then finally started being more helpful. We emailed back and forth, then she just stopped replying when I wanted to her actually file my taxes. Never got the consultation money back or heard from them. Stay clear- shady place
