What a joke. I just wasted 3 months while this bank tried to get it together. Then they tried to charge ME a relock fee twice because the rate expired. Then they added points to my deal when they told me there wouldn’t be any points. Total waste of my time. Ran my credit. Paid for an appraisal which is money down the drain. Of course they won’t do anything about it. Absolute scam of a company. Move on and save your time and money! I have had 4 mortgages in my life and have never seen anything this terrible. DONT USE
