      Great appraiser. Easy to work with, quick turn around time, accurate, and a pleasure to do business with. Definitely recommend.

      The appraiser came to our house for appraising it. In her report, she referred to some comps which are 21 miles, 15 miles, and 3 miles from house. The whole appraisal report is genuinely and totally wrong. Firstly, she used uncompilable comps (long distance and not even in the area), she used a pending sale comp which she supposed not do that. She didn't consider the comps of the neighborhood in her report. It is very obvious that she has no clue how to do appraisal and she didn't into consideration: 1- The fully renovated kitchen, downstairs flooring, the three bathrooms 2- the strategic location of the house which is located to a very important medical center 3- the beauty of the neighborhood 4- the beautiful view from the house This woman messed up the buying procedure of our new house and we lost the new house offer this woman does not understand how to appraise house PLEASE DO NOT EVEN HIRE her and don't let your lender to hire her because you will lose your money and the value of the house you are selling or buying PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID TO DEAL WITH HER BECAUDE SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
