      I've been a happy customer of J P Financial Solutions since 2016. Let's face it,incomtaxe season is OBVIOUSLY not something anyone looks forward to...Which is all the more reason Stephanie's been a god sent!! She's so extremely knowledgeable,constantly staying up to date with all the new rules/regulations and policies. Every time i had a question,she's always been more then happy to answer everything,making sure i understand completely. Ever since 2016 there's never been as little as a hick up. I've made it a point to have my mother go strictly to Stephanie as well. There aren't too many businesses where you feel a genuine sense of trustworthiness,i can honestly say that Stephanie truly takes her job to heart and cares about each and every one of her clients.

      Do not waste your time here. Very disorganized and missed the tax deadline when I was told they were “filed” and not to “worry about it” with email proof when come to find out 5-6 weeks AFTER waiting for my return IT WAS NOT FILED. I had to personally call and find out. Was I ever aware? Nope. They told me it was taken care of and then don’t take responsibility for they’re actions and told every day to wait. Do not come here! Had a very similar experience to everyone who rated 1 and said their time was wasted!
