      I began looking for a apartment during the pandemic as rentals began to go for more and more money. Jacel began working with me knowing my budget was not the best. We saw many places, and either I did not like the place or applicants that saw properties before me got the place. Yes we had a ton of laughs even when masked up in the cold. Finally she showed me a place and I knew it was perfect for me but was warned that the application for the property was going to be a task including having to talk to a board for approval. Jacel went so far and beyond with me even when I wanted to give up we kept going. Today I signed my lease to my new apartment! We were both so happy Jacel shared my joy (I saw it today before we parted) because she not only helped me find my next home but we did have fun in the process and got to know each other and I know if I ever need her help in the future I know I can count on Jacel. AND Jacel did not show me only 1 property and give up on me like so many realtors did. Jacel was very encouraging and kept saying we will find the right home for me WE DID! If you are lucky enough to have Jacel work with you, know you are in good hands.

      Jacel was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process of looking and purchasing a home. We were able to see many homes each day and they were scheduled well geographically and with great timing. We got the home we were looking for thanks to Jacel. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to purchase in this tough market. Jacel will get the job done!
