      I have been trying to close on a sale for over 30 days now. Simple one acre lot and I have turned in the survey to Jackson. They continue to push the closing date back and fail to communicate with me on any changes. I have provided them with everything they requested very early on in this process and they are still dragging their feet. I would highly recommend hating someone else in town or go out of town to get anything done. This group is a joke to say the least.
