  This was my 1st home purchase, so there was quite a bit I didn't know and also learned in the process. Jake was very helpful, he went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction. He came recommended by my agent and I'm definitely thankful for that. I initially applied with my bank not really knowing what all my options were, my bank took my information and left it at that. Jake on the other hand was able to explain my options and compare them in detail, making my decisions easy. I could tell he was good at what he does and had my best interest in mind. I didn't hesitate to change lenders and work with Jake. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him on any future transactions.
