  James and Maya are both so incredibly valuable. I surely will be going with Fairway moving forward! Please read my testimony below of how fabulous James & Maya are to work with. I am a first time home buyer, and I recently closed on a new construction home in the Greater Houston Area. I began this near 7 month journey with another mortgage lender. 5 weeks away from close my former mortgage lender had not locked in my interest rate, had not submitted my loan through underwriting, and went nearly 3 weeks without following up on questions I had. He became evasive, and put my home & earnest money in jeopardy to say the least. I had no choice, but to change lenders late into my deal. After seeing stellar reviews, I reached out to James & Maya for their services on May 24th. Immediately I noticed the professionalism, punctuality, and eagerness to serve. I thought it was too go to be true. I loved that they both were always in sync. By May 27th, my rate was locked, & my loan had been submitted to underwriting. It took James & Maya only 3 days what took my former lender 4 months to even come close to doing. They turned nothing into something! Furthermore, my former lender was intentionally delaying transfer of FHA Case Number to Fairway. Maya went above and beyond to ensure my former lender followed through on this transfer. I closed on my home with no problems at all thanks to James & Maya. My story is an example of what truly serving your clients exemplifies. They are what I call true business owners because they will own the process, and treat your interests as if it is their own. Their counsel is poised and thoroughly thought through. They are swift and prompt. They know how to lead from the front and back. They are aware of all the big and small details, and know how to meet deadlines. James & Maya’s professionalism, advocacy, attention to detail, follow through, and strong communication skills makes them valuable assets to have on your side.
