      I wish I could give 10 stars. I have had insurance through James Leone's state farm for eight years now; insuring an apartment, car, 3 homes and life insurance policies. The customer service is unparalleled. James and his entire team go above and beyond to service their customers. You call, they answer, you email they responded... questions? They take the time to be sure they are answered....and many times outside of business hours. Professional, courteous and just lovely folks to interact with. This office exemplifies the corporate "like a good neighbor" tagline...by running the office like a family business. You will be hard pressed to find customer care like this in today's world. Bravo!
