  As a first time homebuyer, I was completely lost on the process. Thankfully I found James! He was there for me EVERY SINGLE TIME I had a question, no matter how trivial the question was. He answered everything with the same level of professionalism and expertise as if I had never asked him a question before. This level of communication was invaluable to me and was the deciding factor on who I wanted to work with for a mortgage. I never had to wait for a call back, email responses came within the hour, and each and every time he showed me patience and clarity. He even answered things I didn't know to ask, which is the epitome of anticipating your customer's needs and responding to them. COVID threw a wrench into the process, but James never backed off his communication with me. He made sure I was okay each and every step of the way. This kind of care and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. I am so grateful I had James to guide me in the biggest financial investment of my life thus far. Homebuying is a stressful process in and of itself, but James made things so much easier! I cannot say enough good things about him. If you are looking for someone to help you finance your house, definitely give him a chance to prove himself to you. You won't be disappointed!
