      I am finally getting time to write a review. I want to first thank Mr. Yancey for helping me with my second refinance. My first time refinancing with someone else was horrible and very stressful. I decided that I wanted to refinance a second time and began searching and was given negative feed back from everyone that I called (either the interest rate or payment was too high). Well I came across Mr Yancey's information and during our conversation he explained to me what he could and couldn't do for me. I decided to do the refinance with him and every step of the way he told me what was going on with my loan and he replied immediately when I had questions or concerns. I am so thankful for how smooth the trasaction went and how professional he was during the complete process. I will definitely use him again for any of my mortgage transactions. VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE....
