  Jamie and his team at Village Bank were extremely helpful throughout our home loan process. They were quick to respond to questions and provided us with all the information we needed to be prepared for closing day. Jamie provided us with lots of information about the process but not so much info that we felt overwhelmed. Jamie walked us through all the paperwork in such a way that it made complete sense and I felt extremely comfortable receiving a loan from them. We would highly recommend Jamie and his team to help with all your mortgage needs.

  Such a great loan officer! Jamie made everything seem easy because he explained it all every step of the way. He took an in depth look at our unique situation and gave us the best recommendations for not only our loan but also what made sense for us financially. The unexpected gifts at closing were a really nice touch. All around great person with his client's best interests at heart. Absolutely would recommend!

Wow...moving from a different city, buying a new home that had to be built, with a build time of about 5 months, countless trips here during the process, and you folks kept it all together every step of the way. Just wonderful. I loved the fact that the day of closing, you roll in with the moving van and had already been to the beach to pick up a load of items for your new home.   We love working with Jamie! He was so very helpful with arranging the financing of our new home! His experience and knowledge of the mortgage process were a valuable asset to my husband and myself while we moved through the mortgage lending process. Jamie is patient and kind and answers all of his calls, and if we got his voicemail, he was quick to call back asap. This is the second home we have purchased, utilizing Jamie Chafin with Village Bank as our loan originator. We do not plan to buy any more homes (hopefully this is our forever home!), but if we do we will certainly contact Jamie to be our originator!!   Aimee... you and your hubby are the rock stars. The two of you had so much going on.. between your sale and then the buy...and then a closing date change coupled with school starting, arranging the movers, and all of the other things that go on during a move.
