  Being a first-time home buyer is incredibly stressful but we feel lucky to have found Jared and his team. From the beginning, Jared was very helpful and honest about what kind of loan agreement we could get. He assured and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Ultimately, everything he predicted came true. Our advisor Ashley offered so much education on all the complicated details of our loan. We asked many questions but having that knowledge made us much more comfortable with our final decision. From the beginning, we felt that Jared and team wanted to genuinely help and support us as we made one of the biggest decisions of our lives.

  Jared and his team were great to work with in obtaining a mortgage. They checked in with me regularly to let me know what was needed and what the status of my loan was from applying to closing. They presented me with at least 3 different options for monthly payments. Everything in the loan process went really smoothly. I would highly recommend.
