  My husband and I were interested in buying a home, but as first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. We tried to work with our current bank, but felt completely lost and did not know the process. We connected with Jason thankfully and it was amazing to see the difference with someone who truly cared about us! Jason explained the process, gave us realistic expectations and helped us get into a beautiful home to raise our sons in! He is always looking out for us and was able to lock us in with a good interest rate, mortgage payment and great closing costs! We always knew what point our loan was at and we were well informed of the options that were recommended for us to reach our homeowner goals. We are grateful for Jason for everything he has helped us with and his immeasurable knowledge and experience.   It has been an absolute joy to work with Jason! He has been so patient and helpful! We just purchased our first home and he made it a very distinct point to make sure we knew what we were getting into. He gave us all options and explained why each option would be beneficial. We had A LOT of questions but he was always able to answer them and help us gather the best information for what we were looking for! He truly cares about the people he works with and that is obvious. We have sincerely enjoyed working with Jason.

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jason on our loan. Jason is very knowledgable and gave us a few options that would work for our situation to get us the best combination of closing costs, interest rate and mortgage payment. Jason explained the pros and cons of each scenario, that helped us make an informed decision. The sellers wanted to close quickly. Jason and his team bent over backwards to get everything completed in a fast, but accurate way. Jason coordinated everything with the Title Company so the process was smooth and as easy for us as possible. I was impressed with how quickly Jason would respond to my questions. The Title Company folks even mentioned how they were impressed that Jason attended the closing meeting. Jason was there to make sure we did not leave with any unanswered questions. I highly recommend Jason for your loan needs.
