  Jason has always given me direct answers. I can ask him anything. He is super knowledgeable about VA loans and any loan type. He has so much experience and knowledge about different loan types. Especially in terms of refinance, he was able to help me navigate a divorce settlement and put me on a path to success.

  I will say definitely worth shopping around for your best interest rate. Initially gave 5 star review. I bought 3 properties using Jason. I have realized It is hard to ask questions without responses becoming sarcastic. Jason has definitely gotten the job done but there seems to be a lot of miscommunications and rates are high.

  It took more than two and a half months to finally close on our refinance, we had to hound them several times to even find out the status of our loan. When we were finally ready to close they still hadn't prepared all the needed documents and we were left scrambling to find the needed information, which was supposed to been done in advance to signing, had to reschedule that as well. I would not recommend Hancock Mortgage to anyone.

  It's unfortunate that not everything goes as planned when some things are out of our control. We certainly depend on outside sources to handle some part of every transaction, and if we don't have full support, especially for document gathering from our clients, it sometimes takes a little extra work on everyone's part even at the end of a transaction.
