  My wife and I used Jason's services while purchasing our first house recently, and we highly recommend him! Jason always answered all our questions promptly, walked us through the homebuying process and loan application, and helped us get a pre-commitment letter. He was readily available whenever we needed his assistance in determining a ballpark figure for what our monthly payment would be if we bought a certain house for a certain price - this was super helpful as it allowed us to figure out how much to offer on a house, while being within our budget, in this highly competitive market where almost every house goes thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars over list price. His prompt responses to our questions made a huge difference as houses were going under agreement really quickly while we were on the market for a house.

  Once Jason realized he could not get us the approval we wanted, he stopped communicating with us. He pulled our pre-approval letter the night before we were to go look at houses without telling us and has not reached out to us since. We only learned about his actions through our realtor.
