  Like many, my experience with this company was very unique, but I want to say a special thank you to Ms. Janene Thomas, whom went Well over and Beyond customer Loyalty and dedication! Even against "premature " odds, she pushed for me to close on time while others were quick to dismiss. I wanna thank CMG SOULY for hiring Ms. Thomas, and for all the behind scenes movement that got us to this point of helping me with a MAJOR milestone of me and my family's life. Ive tried a MANY of different companies to get financial or mortgage qualified, this company definitely did that and I will say they did their absolute BEST to make it a painless process. Now the broker may seem hard to reach, but his team is definitely put together like a STRONG mandated family Care packet has to be for the military. Meaning, there was always someone available to answer your question or help with needed documents, and if need be THEN they get the head guy involved directly. I will suggest that CMG Not send any more moving tape as a gift gestur (cute but not really), but other than that. Jason and his awesome team kept the communication fluent and open, answered all my fifty million questions and over exceeding my Expectations in getting me in for on time closing date... thank you guys Again

  Jason and his team are amazing! I am so glad I was able to work with them to close on my new home. You are not just another customer with CMG you become friends! Jason, Janene, and Donna were always around to answer any questions I may have and they were so accommodating when we had to change the closing date due to a seller issue. No matter what they helped me get to the finish line and we OWN IT! So happy to recommend CMG to any and all looking for a great mortgage company that won't just sell your loan after you close!!!!
