They are rude as all get out. They will not help you. I called to ask a simple question and the young lady that answered had a terrible attitude even though I wasnt calling to grip. Just a simple question. The management company and the property they manage is unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. Do not waste your time or your money with them or their disgusting properties.

Tring to get help from these guys is worse than pulling teeth and they are extremely hatful over the phone. my path is cold I cant get a parking pass to come home and that is just a start

Only one due to the fact you have to in order to leave a review. Tammie Case from corporate "can't get any higher in the chain of command" is beyond rude and has the worst anger issues when addressing problems. Avoid at ALL costs having to speak to her. Reasonable accommodations such as requesting a unit that has been resurfaced to be opened and aired out so that the apt above it is isn't polluted with the fumes of paint thinner is totally OUT OF THE QUESTION FOR HER!! I am pregnant and can not inhale those fumes. She insisted that i am stupid and that there is NOTHING they can do for me. So opening a vacant door so the apt can air out is just unreasonable to her. She threatened me and said if i kept talking i wouldn't like what she was going to do to me. All this just bc i couldn't breathe was totally uncalled for. I pay rent and have NEVER been late. I will be giving my notice Oct 1st. I hope to never encounter such an individual such as herself ever again!! If anyone ever encounters this and you are told you cant speak to anyone else because they are the highest do know there is always higher! There is HAA you can turn to and there is the City of Houston. Everyone deserves to live in fair living conditions. Jaw Equity most DEF needs to put her through customer service BASIC 101 skills. Avoid speaking to her!!!
