      Last year MULTIPLE times debit cards just stopped working for everyone who banks with them. Did they notify us, nope sure didn’t. We got to find out when we went to pay for things and then got declined. Call and wait on hold to then be told it’s a issue with their system and should be fixed by the end of the day. This happened MULTIPLE TIMES . HORRIBLE!!!

      First and foremost I absolutely love Jax Federal Credit Union, my issue isn't with them; However, It does have to do with one of their employee's. I have held off from talking about my experience with this one individual until now. Because, I have just recently realized how bad he got me! I am not gonna get into that too much, but the person is Umesh Patel, long story short he will tell you everything you want to hear! If you so happen to get him ask to speak with Rob Patterson. He was great to deal with because he reached out on my closing date, it just so happened Umesh was on vacation the day I needed him. He is unprofessional and one of the biggest liar's I have ever dealt with!
