This is one of the most professional and considerate parts of my entire car disaster. I had a weekend from hell but just i did not need to worry about was the tow truck driver doing right on the project. He was given a weird address by the insurance company and still made sure to check in with me and get the car where it was supposed to be. A+ this company is awesome for towing

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE My car sat in the lot for a month, I called once a week for updates, upon further inquiry whoever answered the phone told me multiple different stories about how they were about to get to it, they needed a new key made, only 1 mechanic was on staff, etc. After a month I called and asked if they could tow my car to a different shop. They told me to call back in 10 minutes, and then an hour, and then call back tomorrow. I needed to hire a 3rd party to tow my car to a shop to have it serviced. I have never been to a garage so committed to not working on cars. After a month sitting outside their garage one would assume to at least have some updates on the cars status, or at least simple diagnostic work to be done.
