  Jay was the person who made our home buying experience much smoother than it could have been. In the initial meeting, he laid out options that could be fitting to my circumstances, and there were options I had not considered before. Once our offer got accepted, he and his team helped us secure the mortgage with a competitive rate and a great payment option. They were able to complete the whole process of getting the appraisal and the underwriter's review much sooner than we anticipated with little friction, which helped the closing of our house much earlier than the originally estimated date. His team essentially gave us about a week of time to update the house before an arrival of our new baby, which turned out to be very valuable. The whole process was almost painless, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Jay and his team to whoever want mortgages for their properties.
