      was trying to buy a home in atwater through VA benefits. I was told these people could do it. I paid for inspection 500.00 turns out they did not review how much I was eligible for. I paid the money and then i didnt qualify for the entire amount. They pretended like nothing happened not even an apology for not doing their job with proficiency. It was a dream home and I later found out on my own I could have gotten it but they didnt know the rules. I did buy a house not the one of my dreams. I later got a call to refinance to a very low rate as I was paying a lot for original loan. This time the issue was the misogynist statements made to me about the clerk who was helping me sign the papers and he did not explain to me that i was paying a late fee for the loan to close escrow. I think I should have been informed of that. I would never recommend them. I tried to work with them twice and their money is more important than their integrity.
