Very rude and short with customers over the phone. Was calling to ask a question and set an appointment to come to open an account ( as I was instructed to do by their banker last week).. before I could even get to setup an appointment..the person on the phone cut me off as if they didn’t want to be on the phone or talk to me any longer.
