      If the option to leave zero stars were available, I would use that option. Working with buyer to sell property we own, loan manager told us that the application process takes three weeks and had a $400 application fee. Took nearly six weeks to be informed that they could not help. The customer was obviously not a priority to them, as they mismanaged the application process, wasted time, but gladly accepted payment. Actions like this are why I tend to avoid businesses that opperate on a small town mentality. Avoid and give business to organizations willing to work with you .
