      The employees are always very nice and helpful. I can't imagine banking anywhere else. If only it wasn't so hard to get around that roundabout lol

      I have had an account with them since late last year. I dont think there is a single time i called and they actually answer the phone. Leave a message they will call back and if your busy working and miss the call it doesn't matter. Start back from square one call get no answer leave a message then glue your phone to your hand. This has been since pre covid. It is impossible. If you want a home loan and don't know how it works and need answers periodically add a month of phone tag to your time line. I can't believe i need to make a special trip to the bank every time because NOBODY answers the phone. They are a nightmare!
