      Closing my account on Monday. I've had an account there for years, since it's close to my home. I used this account to save money, so no ATM or Debit card, just my account number. While online I tried to reset my password, and the email that provides the reset instructions, never appeared. I called and tried several extensions, no one answered. Then I tried the online chat feature, after 5 hours, I never received an acknowledgement or contact from the bank. Even though I was told that my issue was marked urgent. Who has time to deal with a bank when you can't access anything or anyone. They never answer the phone when I try to call and today's excuse was "phone issues." So over it.

      They never answer the phone, hours are bad for customers, holland branch has no ATM deposit have to use bin. Not open at all on Saturday.
