  I have known and have done business with Jeff Allen on a number of levels over the years. Jeff successfully handled transactions for our kids. Most recently Jeff handled the sale of my fathers house. He successfully engineered a top of the market sale and rapid closing for us. Most importantly Jeff deals with issues that arise in a steady even manner. I'd highly recommend Jeff.

  I am a first time home buyer, and Jeff Allen is basically the reason why I not only bought my first home and had no reservations about it, but also made the process 100% easier than the horror stories I had heard. Jeff worked great with me, figuring out what exactly I was looking for, as well as being incredibly responsive and flexible about showings and guidance. He fought hard to make sure I was represented well when purchasing in a hot housing market. His work didn't stop once I put an offer on a house, any questions I had about the loan process or closing, or inspection related issues, he was there to ensure that I both had the knowledge, and confidence, to keep things on track. Jeff made the stress about buying a house go away, and let me focus on the parts I had to do, while he took care of the rest. I will definitely work with Jeff again, and I recommend everyone else does as well.
