  Jeff Badley is the one to go to! We closed our house 2 weeks ago! And we are so happy and thankful for Jeff! He was our loan officer and we are so thankful for him! He was with us since day 1! He always stayed in contact with us; always answered our calls and emails and answered our qts and went above and beyond with the process! Before Jeff We had started our loan process with another loan office and it didn't work out, the person working with us was so hard to get a hold of, he would call weeks later, he didn't get back to us with any information just making everything so much more stressful and along the way we ended up in Jeffs hands! We strongly believe everything happens for a reason, and god wanted us in Good hands and that's when he led us to Jeff Badley! We left the other loan office and followed Jeff into a new loan company. Cross country Mortgage We risked it because we wanted to keep working with Jeff and he didn't disappoint us. We are so happy we did follow him. Thank you so much Jeff! We can't thank you enough. We are so happy and blessed to have had the honor of having you as our loan officer! Thank you!

  Jeff helped us successfully buy our first home. We were on a tight budget but knew our range of possibility. As a first time home buyer, Jeff was concise, thorough, and patient in explaining the process and steps to us. He went out of his way to ensure we knew what was expected of us and helped explain any changes or added steps that came up. At the end, he was able to help with unforeseen closing costs and negotiate the best deal possible for us. It was a great experience for a stressful and complicated task. Overall, Jeff was professional, willing to be in constant communication throughout the home buying process, patient and a good teammate to complete the task at hand. We would recommend his services to anyone trying to buy or refinance a home.
