I can not adequately express how grateful I am for Jeff and his entire team. We brought him on around 30 days before our closing when our other lender suddenly became indecisive and slow to communicate. He was professional and knowledgeable from the beginning and extremely communicative. Even our home builder, who was nervous that we change lenders so late, mentioned how pleased they were with his communication. Everyone on the Towne side of the transaction was top notch and closing documents were delivered with plenty of time to review. having previously worked for a home builder I know that this is rarely the case and I was pleased to not be scrambling to get a wire in the morning of closing. If you need a mortgage to purchase or refinance this is the team you need!
