      Never missed a car payment,and somehow my last 3 car payments were expected to be paid in full.I did deferment car payments at Christmas time,so they expected me to pay my last 3 payments all at once,witch came to $990.

      Worst customer service experience I've ever had from a bank. Employees with lack of knowledge to assist you with problems. Who ever they had me on the phone with is horrible at numerical data entry even when I read the digits 2 at a time slowly. I will never use this bank for anything again. There's plain and simple BETTER OPTIONS.
