      I spoke with the banker a month ago. I wanted to report a death and find out how those listed as TODs on the CDs could get their money. She would give me no information and didn’t even copy the death certificate. Now I’m still receiving checks on these CDs. She was very unprofessional when she stated that she couldn’t tell me who was on the CDs because I could make a false ID and claim to be that person and get the money. REALLY??? UNBELIEVABLE!!!
