      Changing banks after over 15 years!! I took my daughter to open her first account here and the lady helping acted like she could care less. She took 2 calls while she was supposed to be helping us. I called prior to going in to see what all I could get done prior to going in. Was advised her account was approved the person I was talking to would email everything over to the Hoover branch and it wouldn't take about 15 mins at the most to open the account. After sitting there for 30 mins and her not saying 3 words to us about the process or types of accounts offered we left with nothing and I'm changing to ECO CU.
