For some reason the ATM isn’t working??

Hi Sabrinah, if you are apart of the Co-Op network of shared branching, you should easily be able to use any of our ATMs. You can also go into the branch for assistance. If you arrived to this location when the ATM was being worked on for regular maintenance, our staff inside the branch could have assisted you.

Loan department is awful, not sure if it is out of this branch but your associate Richard Richele needs to be reinstructed on how to deal with clients. It's all in the way you speak to people. I don't believe you need to tell a customer how bad their credit score is and that they will need to put a tracking device on your vehicle due to not paying bills! You never know what anyone is going through, DO NOT BORROW FROM THIS BANK!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. No it wasn't me personally but someone I know and working in customer service I know this is NOT how you conduct business!!!!
