Jenn came highly recommended and we can see why. We had a very tight time frame and she and her staff came through with time to spare. She was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with ( even with late or weekend calls and our bad cell phone reception) and professional. We love our home but if we need mortgage services in the future we would not consider using anyone else. 5 stars to Jenn and if there were more we would add those as well.

We have used Jen for all of our mortgage loans and we wouldn't dream of using anyone else. She has the best attitude, is super helpful, and always encourages smart decisions. Leading up to the bubble burst in the early to mid 2000s, not once did she recommend one of those really popular shady loans. She's not out for a quick buck. She takes care of her customers, and we love her for it.
