  Jenn and CMG Financial made something I was dreading into a easy, hassle free process. We were guided through every step of the process by all the helpful people at CMG and got a very good rate even after the mortgage rates crept up over 5% recently. My family is extremely happy with how everything turned out.

  We started looking for a house in 2020 after meeting our savings goals. Unfortunately this was the worst time for a first-time homebuyer to begin searching. We made 15+ aggressive offers on houses and had questions and inquiries for Jenn's team virtually every week. Jenn and her team were in our corner the whole process. Their guidance helped us endure lasting frustrations. They would respond rapidly to our messages and made everything easier to understand. Once we finally went under contract in Spring of 2022, it seemed we were experts in the process due to Jenn's insights. We were carefree all the way until closing knowing Jenn and her team were taking care of the financing end. I highly recommend Jenn's team at CMG. Shoutout to Melissa as well.

  As a first time home buyer, completely blind to the process, what to expect, how to overcome credit issues, from start to finish, I cannot express in words the gratitude and respect I have for Jenn and her entire team for their help during this process. Jenn is kind, caring and goes beyond what is necessary to really make sure you understand everything and are comfortable with the next steps. Whether it was Monday morning at 8am or Sunday night at 9pm, she was there at the drop of a hat. The entire team at CMG is amazing...Melissa Murray and Spencer Hastings were almost automatic in their responses, thorough and detailed and walked hand and hand with us in the process. To put it briefly, someone asked me during the process if we considered other lenders to shop rates, my response was simple - I wouldn't even consider it because I wouldn't have put my trust in anyone else but Jenn and her team, even if there was a better rate out there. To me, being treated as a person, not a number or a file; feeling complete trust in who is guiding you; and the compassion of these people is worth more than any amount of money someone could save. I have referred,, and will continue to refer, every one to Jenn and I can say for myself, I will never go to another lender as long as this team is there.
