      It seems like I am not the only one that has had issues with responsiveness from these guys. Hope they resolve their issues. This is Che’s Urban Eats and Ulises, I have to take this measures to get your attention and recover the refunds. I still wait for your call since last month.

      It is very different the treatment you get when you are getting the policy from mr Barkhurst and when you need their support for a policy cancellation. I have been trying to reach Jeremy Barkhurst for months about a refund of over $600 and so far he has always been “with clients” watch it people. No one deserves to have this happened. And on top of that he sends his Poor employees to deal with this type of situations, and these employees are not able to resolve any issues. I truly hope Mr Barkhurst reflects on his way of conducting business. Most if not all of the good reviews are from new customers, but when it is time to use the policy or you simply choose not to do business with him any longer, HIS EGO TAKES OVER! It is not only the lack of response , but it is plain and simple. This agent stole $600 from me.

I called you and emailed immediately and my team and myself worked with Underwriting as soon as you advised us of the situation. We want you to receive your refund and have nothing to gain from that not happening. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
