  I have to say, Jeremy and his team made this as smooth as possible. From the initial application through to closing everyone was easy to get ahold of and get questions answered. I’ve literally bought cars that have caused me more stress. Thanks team!!

  I overheard him groaning about having to spend 3 hours trying to get me a loan, laughing, at someone he was talking to on the phone. He does not realize the impact of what he says on people. I have had to research the whole lending process myself and cross examine him on what’s being done, when things should happen. My opinion, and it is only an impression, is that he’d rather be hiking and fishing than working. Sadly I can’t switch because we’re too close to closing. Stuck!!! So much needless stress due to his “just know I’m the best” communication skills. Blind faith required.

  Good Morning Lorrain, I apologize you feel this way. I do believe there was a mis interpolation. You were sitting with me when I was speaking to my processor. We were excited to be able to finally get you approved as I know it had been a bit of a challenge prior. I was in no way laughing as I do work hard for my clients and would not do that especially if your sitting right next to me. Feel free to call me to talk as this was very unexpected. You had just brought me a gift yesterday.
