      I have been to multiple branches where a simple cash advance is done with an id ( valid license) and credit card. The Montgomery branch was rood and claimed my driver's license is not enough id and the only way they would do a cash advance to a "NON CUSTOMER" is if you have 2 PICTURE ids. I was about to become a customer and just had to make a $100 deposit to start my account but after my experience on 2/26 i will never be a customer there. Mind you i did the same exact transaction at the Lewisburg JSSB with no issues. I think the Branch manager Heather Garrison should find more polite and customer oriented tellers.
