  We had a terrible time getting the title cleared on my new home, but Jessica and Rebecca (Greenville office) helped me thru everything. They went above and beyond what I expected and I can’t thank them enough. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a home.

  Unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star review. I reached out to Jessica about a refinance on my home and the whole process was a mix of confusion and miscommunication. 3 weeks after initially starting the process, having my credit pulled, submitting all documentation requested and a week of being ignored (but not on purpose apparently) I was told they can’t get their system to accept the loan as requested. Ok, upsetting but supposedly not something Jessica can control. I was then passed off to a completely different lending company who also got all my documentation and also ceased all communication. I finally had to begin my own lender search again after 4 weeks wasted of my time. I emailed both Jessica and the lender she passed me off to thanking them for their assistance and letting them know I was no longer going to pursue a loan with either of them (no response from either) just to get a letter in the mail a week later stating I’d been denied a loan due to inadequate collateral. What??? I’d denied them my business and my “collateral” is my home in which I was trying to refinance and had not even been appraised so how was it considered inadequate? Also funny considering my home is scheduled to be appraised less than 3 weeks after working with the new lender I found. Seems to me like a way to making the failed loan process the fault of the consumer and not the lender. I didn’t even get this far with Caliber. I gave 2 stars because Jessica was always kind when we spoke, but I’ve learned my lesson on taking Facebook recommendations by people who are only referring those in which they are friends with.

  Jessica is the best! If you want someone who will be with you every step along the way, Jessica is your person. I had a seller who wanted a 30-day closing and Jessica and her assistant Rebecca did everything possible to make it happen on time.
