  Do not use this company! The customer service, communication, lack of awareness and information they provide is absolutely horrible. I’ve had such a horrible, draining experience with Frankie Vozzi and Paula Napolitano for the last 6 months. They were working on my refinance, an appraisal was quickly scheduled 12/8, the $500 appraisal fee was with withdrawn from my account without hesitation, to only inquire a month later and Frankie had no idea when my appraisal even occurred. I had to keep constantly following up with both of them to get a status and most of the time didn’t hear back for a couple of days. Long story short, today is now June 10th, I emailed them on Tuesday June 8th at 8am and I receive response yesterday morning to say “I am Not sure it’s worth for you to refinance anymore” why wasn’t I called to begin with? Why is it that I had to reach out again to inquire on the status of the refinance? There is absolutely no accountability on this company, they just want your $500 appraisal fee and literally disappear. Do not trust or use them, horrible services!

  Scam! Scam! Scam! The company only collect the documents and waste your time. I started working with them (Ludwig Jean-Louis and his boss) and told them my entire situation of my employment. I had started a new job with 100k a year.. They said, you're approved based on the current job and credit score 803, (which he ran without my permission) your unemployment during Covid-19 doesn't matter, send me your paystub and you're all set. I was unemployed only during Covid-19. Too many personal excuses Week 1, no response, when I asked what's going on the answer was "I had my first covid shot" Week 2, "my mom was sick" Week 3, "my ant was sick or passed" Week 4, "I had my second covid shot" I will get back to you on Monday. Week 5, No answer Week 6, talked to boss, who was suppose to get back to me by the end of the day, never responded. Week 7, Monday still waiting, no answer Tuesday I called the boss at 1030 his response "I'm with my kids at school" then I called Ludwig Jean-Louis ask for straight a denial letter and don't want to have any business with them, so I can move on with other company. The denial letter was issued on Week 6 but they were holding things for no reason. Please find someone who are organize and can actually help you. These people have too many personal issues. They do things based on feelings not facts. We are not falling in love that you feel this or that will have happen. It's a business deal based on documents and fact.
