I have a terrible experience with this company. I would not recommend to anyone ever. They were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Their loan officers were very unresponsive. I had to deal with someone at the very beginning and once they found out he is not doing his job, they switched my file to someone else that he wasn’t different as much from the previous one. They didn’t lock my rate on time and till one day before my closing date nothing was finalized as it is supposed to be and they make me pay a lot of extra charges. Buying a house is a very stressful so please to add to your plate with dealing with this terrible company
