  When buying a car at a dealer can be stressful but when getting your loan with this bank and there amazing staff it’s less stressful and done at a fast and efficient matter. James Millares, is a very knowledgeable person when dealing with finances in all aspects not just car loans. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him in 3 car loan transactions in different years and each time the process was amazing. Thank you James, your a great asset to Jetstream.

  5 star rating for the excellent customer service my family and I received, is really not enough! Mr James Millares literally did everything in his power to help me get a loan approved and he did. He also communicated and explained to me ways to improve my credit score, with his vast financial knowledge. I’m just so grateful that like me, there may be so many others going through some sort of hardship and there are still people willing to go the extra mile to assist others. Mr Millares, you’re an asset to Jetstream FCU.

  I originally had a vehicle that was financed with Jetstream. On Fathers Day this year, I was in an unfortunate car accident that totaled my car out. I called Jetstream after my insurance company took care of everything. That Monday, I was told I was going to be without a car for 30 days. I humbly accepted. Maria Oriol, loan officer, called me Tuesday and told me I could go whenever. That Wednesday, She connected me with a rep who asked me what kind of car I wanted, with amenities included. On Thursday morning, I arrived to the Chevy dealership and it was parked at the front door. I test drove and drove off of the lot with no money down then to Jetstream to seal the deal. I am beyond thankful for Jetstream and moreso Maria. During the process she became more like family. As Thanksgiving is approaching, I cant help but be thankful to God, my family, Progressive and Jetstream for the support during such an upsetting time. I named my new truck Queen! Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
