Viewers, I have been working with JFQ since 2019. Each year they consistently track the market and provide me with opportunity to get a better rate without loss of time in a refinance. As a first-time homebuyer, I was loss. JFQ helped with my FHA loan and later helped me get a conventional loan to free from that PMI. Each agent that I have worked with have worked consistently to provide me with guidance and quality service. My most recent experience was with Dallan. He helped tremendously and structured the terms of the mortgage to leverage the equity from my home to cover other expenses all while keeping my monthly mortgage nearly the same. I'm grateful that I was blessed to be able to work with JFQ and will continue with them for the foreseeable future.
